Artwork requirements
- Formats
- Vector is best: PDF, AI, EPS or SVG with text converted to outlines. We also accept PNG or JPG at 300 dpi or more at 1:1 scale.
- Size and bleed
- Use our 1:1 template. Extend the background 2 mm beyond the trim line (bleed) — sublimation prints the full width of the strap.
- Safe area
- Keep text and logos inside the blue line, at least 1–1.5 mm from the edge. The grey zones at the ends are for sewing and hardware — no text there.
- Colours
- CMYK or RGB files. Give brand colours as Pantone C and we match the print to them. Colours on fabric look slightly different from a screen.
- Legibility
- Minimum text height 3 mm, minimum line weight 0.3 mm. On 10–15 mm lanyards use a short word or just the logo; 20–25 mm fits a logo and a slogan.
- Two sides
- For double-sided print prepare side A and side B on the same template — identical or different.
Templates to download (PDF and SVG, 1:1 scale)
Open the template in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Affinity or Inkscape, place your design on a layer above it and save as PDF. You can delete the guide lines or leave them — we remove them.
How to send your files
Large files are easiest to send via WeTransfer or Google Drive. The order form has a field for the link — paste it and we download the files as soon as you submit. Smaller files (up to 10 MB) can be attached directly in the builder. Every order comes to us for confirmation: we send a proof and production starts only after you approve it.
