Conference and congress lanyards
At a conference the lanyard works from registration to the closing keynote: it holds the delegate badge, shows the organiser's or sponsor's logo and helps staff tell guests from speakers at a glance. Many delegates take the lanyard back to the office, so your logo keeps working after the event.
The most popular set-up is a 20 mm lanyard printed on both sides with a lobster clip — the logo reads from several metres away and the badge hangs straight. If guests tap cards on readers, add a detachable buckle. You see the unit price immediately and get a proof before production.

01How far ahead should I order conference lanyards?+
Standard production takes 7–10 working days after proof approval, plus delivery. Ordering three weeks before the event is a safe margin. The builder also offers a priority mode (up to 3 working days, with a surcharge); we confirm its availability after checking your order.
02Can I order different lanyard colours for different groups?+
Yes. Configure one version in the builder and describe the others (e.g. SPEAKER, PRESS, STAFF) in the message. You will get one quote and a proof for each version.
03How many lanyards should I order?+
Usually the number of registered delegates plus 5–10% for on-site registration and staff. From 500 pieces the unit price drops noticeably, so a buffer costs little.
04Can the lanyard carry a sponsor's logo?+
Yes. Lanyards are one of the most frequently sold sponsorship items — combine organiser and sponsor logos or alternate them along the whole strap.
05Is the builder price final?+
It is a reliable estimate based on your choices. We confirm the final amount after checking the artwork, fittings and tax details.
06Which files can I upload?+
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are best. PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB are also accepted.
07Will I see a proof before production?+
Yes. Production begins only after you approve the visual proof and specification.
