At a company event a wristband does several jobs at once: it shows who is a guest and who is venue staff, splits people into teams for team-building games and marks who can use the bar area or the shuttle home.

Colour is the simplest way to form teams — instead of name cards each group gets its own colour with the company logo and team name. Our wristbands are made in Poland (EU) and start at 100 pieces, so they work for a big company picnic and for a single department's offsite.

How to read the price list

Net unit price: Prices are per piece, excluding VAT, at the given quantity. They include printing, the chosen width and a standard clip. The design proof is free.
Customers in Poland: Businesses and individuals in Poland pay 23% Polish VAT; the builder also shows the gross price.
Business in another EU country: If you have an active EU VAT number (we check it in the VIES system), the invoice is issued without VAT — 0% with the note “reverse charge”. You account for VAT in your own country. Tick the box in the order form and enter your number.
Private buyers or businesses without an EU VAT number: The invoice includes VAT — Polish VAT or the rate of the destination country, depending on EU distance-selling rules. We confirm the rate in your quote.
Outside the EU: For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, the UK) there is no Polish VAT; import duty and VAT are paid by the recipient. We include the clearance cost in the quote.
Other currencies: Base prices are in Polish zloty. EUR, CZK, HUF, SEK and other amounts use the National Bank of Poland mid rate with a small buffer for exchange movements. Invoices can be issued in EUR or PLN.
Delivery: Courier delivery cost and date are confirmed together with your proof — anywhere in Poland and the EU.

Delivery and courier times

Delivery time counts from dispatch once production is finished. We ship with trusted carriers (including DPD, UPS, GLS) and e-mail you the tracking number.

Poland	courier: 1–2 working days
Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania	usually 2–3 working days
Other EU countries (e.g. Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia)	usually 3–5 working days
Nordics, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, islands	usually 4–7 working days
Outside the EU: Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom	usually 4–8 working days + customs clearance

01How many wristband colours for a team-building day?+

One per team or zone. Configure one version and describe the other colours and names in the message — we will prepare one quote.

02Can each wristband show a team name?+

Yes, every colour version can carry its own text. Attach the list of names and quantities to the message.

03How far ahead should we order?+

Standard production takes 7–10 working days after proof approval. Order 2–3 weeks before the event to leave time for internal artwork approval.

04Is the builder price final?+

It is a reliable estimate based on your choices. We confirm the final amount after checking the artwork, fittings and tax details.

05Which files can I upload?+

AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are best. PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB are also accepted.

06Will I see a proof before production?+

Yes. Production begins only after you approve the visual proof and specification.
