Sublimation or screen printing — which lanyard print?
Sublimation is a printing method in which the dye penetrates the polyester fibres. It gives full colour, gradients, photos and fine detail, and the print does not rub off or crack because it is part of the strap. There are no screen set-up costs either, so it pays off even for small runs.
Screen printing lays ink on the surface of the strap. It suits one or two colours and large runs, but every colour needs its own screen and set-up cost, and the ink can wear over time. We print Printstrap lanyards by sublimation — the best choice for multi-colour logos.

01Which method is more durable?+
Sublimation — the dye is inside the fibres of the strap, so the print does not rub off with daily wear.
02Can sublimation match our brand colours?+
Yes, give us your Pantone C colours and we will match the print shade. On fabric, colours look slightly different than on screen.
03When should I choose screen printing?+
For very large runs with a one-colour logo. For multi-colour designs and small runs sublimation is the better choice.
04Is the builder price final?+
It is a reliable estimate based on your choices. We confirm the final amount after checking the artwork, fittings and tax details.
05Which files can I upload?+
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are best. PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB are also accepted.
06Will I see a proof before production?+
