Trade show lanyards for exhibitors
At a trade show an exhibitor needs lanyards for two jobs. The first is the stand team: staff in lanyards in your brand colour are easy to spot in the crowd, and visitors know straight away whom to ask. The second is the giveaway — a lanyard with your logo that visitors pick up at the stand and wear with their badge for the rest of the day, all around the hall.
The organiser usually hands out its own lanyards, so yours has to stand out: a strong colour, a big logo and a web address readable from two metres. Our lanyards are made in Poland (EU), which makes it easy to plan delivery for the show — add your stand build-up date in the form.

01How many giveaway lanyards should I take to a trade show?+
Roughly the number of visitors you expect to talk to over all show days, plus a buffer. If unsure, take the number of sales conversations from the last edition and double it — companions take one too.
02Can you deliver the lanyards straight to the show?+
Yes, give us the delivery address and build-up date. For deliveries to the hall, check the organiser's rules for exhibitor shipments and add them to the message.
03What should an exhibitor print on a lanyard?+
Logo and web address are the minimum. A short slogan or your stand number also works — visitors find their way back more easily when they know where you are.
04Is the builder price final?+
It is a reliable estimate based on your choices. We confirm the final amount after checking the artwork, fittings and tax details.
05Which files can I upload?+
AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are best. PNG and JPG files up to 10 MB are also accepted.
06Will I see a proof before production?+
